EV FireSafe director
Emma is the Director of EV FireSafe, a private company funded by the Australian Department of Defence to research EV battery fires & emergency response. She is also an operational volunteer firefighter.
Dan Fish
EV firesafe technical specialist
Dan is EV FireSafe's Technical Specialist & EV safety guru. He started his career as a mechanic & became a full-time firefighter 20 years ago. He now has an encyclopaedic knowledge of EVs & high voltage systems.

How often do sessions run?
Live Online Training is held monthly & runs for three hours, with a short break halfway.
What will I
learn?
We focus on LiB & EV basics, then look at your sector. For a full list of topics, click on your preferred session.
Can I watch it
later?
Each session is recorded & will be available to view later via the enrolment page.
What do I need to do to attend?
Attend using any device (you need an internet connection), however we recommend a laptop or computer.
Can I ask
questions?
Yes! We'll answer some questions live, via the chat box, but all will be posted to an FAQs page you can visit later.
