Lithium-ion battery & electric vehicle fire live online training...

Lithium-ion batteries (LiBs) power our lives. They're everywhere, from the phone in your back pocket to large scale energy storage systems. In normal use, they're inherently safe to operate & charge.

But, when LiBs catch fire, known as 'thermal runaway',  there are new risks & challenges for everyone.

These 3 hour live online training sessions with world leading SMEs will provide vital data-driven insights into LiB fire risks & mitigation strategies.

With this knowledge, you'll keep yourself & your team safer when working around LiBs & EVs, or managing an incident involving lithium-ion batteries.

Who should do this training?

We deliver role-specific training for a number of industries and areas. Our live online training sessions are targeted at:
  • Emergency responders, including firefighters, road rescuers, police, paramedics, tow trucks, roadside assist, traffic management, roads & tunnel operators, emergency managers for all forms of transport.
  • The automotive sector, designed for people working in dealerships, repair, servicing, towing, recovery & roadside assist.
